It also sounds tempting, would not be a  major physical problem. The world leaders in logistics use frequencies between 868 MHz-915 MHz which  are too simple to shield with the body as that RFID could even be a good product security. April 2011: WG’s new BTL Technology - A big step forward With BTL technology WG is introducing a new technical line within our product range. The technical correct description for BTL is not Bacon, tomato & lettuce, as some say, it is Bridged Tied  Load. Quite complex for me to describe, but becomes simple if we call it Bi Turbo Load.  Everybody immediately understands what it does.—It brings more detec-tion performance to our  antennas, without the need of a bigger engine.  You can order BTL systems as of NOW. We have already installed about 700 of the new antennas and  are really pleased about the performance.  It brings about 20 cm more detection width compared to AD Guard ad-vanced. Talk to us about the dif-  ferent configurations.  We have started to bring in BTL-AD Guard and BTL-AD Guard XL to our warehouse, as well as their  brand-new Extender anten-nas, which are true Transceivers to be connected to a master an-tenna.  This makes a very very competitive two antenna system, as the ex-tender is really low cost.  BTL Premier Guard and BTL Premier Pro Guard with the great looking square-design are on stock in  limited quantity already, but coming in constantly now.  Read more...  April 2011: More 4-Alarm Tags WG´s 4-Alarm-extreme security tag family has grown again. A new improved pebble version for Fashion, 4-Alarm Tags with lanyards and two special developments for large outdoor and sport customers. A tag to protect expensive fisher reels and rods and a tag for baseball clubs are available for orders in AM or RF now. Also new is the Desktop version of the Wave-IR detacher. Like the flush mount version it is powered by USB and therefore can be connected to the cash PC. Read more about 4-Alarm Extreme Security April 2011: Sentinel RFID based EAS system pilot store in Munich WG is currently completing the Beta test in Terminal 2 at Munich intl. Airport Sentinel is a new EAS-concept which allows reading out ID-numbers of products. Sentinel tags can allow products to move inside the perimeters of a store, but alarms when leaving the door or, for the first time ever, it detects the attempt of metal shielding of a product.
